Kazuha began her ballet training when she was 6 years old. After that she trained modern ballet with Emiko Inoue and classical ballet with Rumiko Yamaji. She also attended various body training courses including Yoga, martial arts, Dou-tai-ryoku (training of the movement of human torso; from shoulder to hip) and Beginning Movement Load Training to facilitate her interest in ballet.

Soon after achieving a BA in Western-style dance (Nihon University, Japan), Kazuha went to UK to pursue her studies in Pilates and completed her Pilates teacher training qualification with Alan Herdman and Anoushka Boone. She further achieved a MSc in Dance Science from Trinity Laban Conservatoire Music & Dance (UK) while working as a Pilates instructor and a ballet teacher in London. Kazuha also has completed a Pilates studies course at BASI Pilates in USA specifically programmed for dancers.

After returning to Japan, Kazuha opened her own studio teaching Pilates from beginner to advanced level, including body conditioning, remedial exercises, pre and post-natal classes. She also teaches ballet focusing on dancing with correct body alignment.
